Creating more affordable homes through social impact investment
The Anhart investment strategy is the cornerstone of the plan to create privately developed affordable housing in towns and cities across Canada. Anhart Affordable Housing Investments Ltd., the Limited Partnership (LP), is the investment instrument of the affordable housing plan. The General Partner (GP) of the LP is Anhart Investments Ltd. and is wholly owned by the Anhart Community Housing Society.
Investors are invited to be limited partners of the LP through posted offerings of specific affordable housing projects developed by Anhart in all Canadian provinces and territories. Limited partners received a per annum return. Investments mature in 10 years.
